I started Playing Accordion at 7, trumpet at 11 and sax at 13. Began gigging at age 14. Opened for the Young Rascals, Cindy Lauper, NRBQ and many others. Began songwriting career in the very political early 70's. I came in fourth out of 50,000 songwriters in the late 80's KFC Songwriters contest. After actually being struck by lightning in 1973 I began my career as ' Lightnin Harry Dee ' Singer/Songwriter. Now I do some jingles and continue to do original songs. Mostly Country.
