Hello all! Danny Rocks here welcoming you to my soundclick page!
I'm a 29 year-old songwriter from So. California. I spent the last 5 years of my life either on tour or in the studio with my band in support of our debut release on Century Media Records.
I now am focusing on the songwriting part of the business. I LOVE WRITING TUNES! I work on projects in all genres but my main joy and love is writing country music.
I have a couple writing partners that I work with, but I write the majority of my work on my own. Fortunately, I'm able to play most instruments well enough to make suitable work tape demos on my Roland 1680 of my songs to give listeners a broader perspective of the vision I have with my songs. I CANT WAIT TO HAVE A REAL COUNTRY SINGER SING ON THEM! For now I just have me.
Every songwriter, I would assume, strives for the "Holy Grail" #1 smash hit tune that they want to write and I would say that I fall into that category too! Honestly though, I just want to matter in this industry. I want to contribute to music. I want my contributions to matter. I REALLY want to simply just get paid to sit and write tunes all day!
