I am a lyricist first and foremost. I don't do what the average cats do. I speak my truth from how I view the world and leave all the drama up to cats who want to waste their time. My music is a direct reflection of my life because I tend to write about what I'm going through or capture a particular mood.
There's no need to knock these Industry cats for eating and getting payed off their abilities. Never knock another mans shine if you can't out shine him YOURSELF. Commercial music these days is very comical in my eyes, but it's a good time for us. Did anyone ever imagine Hip-Hop going this far? Lord knows I didn't see it.
