Lason was Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on Feb. 19 1983. He arrived to Boston, Massachusetts with his family at 4 years old. Quickly taking to the streets of Metro Boston, where he learned about rap/hip hop and started freestyling, and writing his own music at the age of 12. After numerous written songs, battles and recorded work his interests grew more towards Spanish rap, listening to artists like Tempo and Vico C.
In 2002 Lason was introduced to Daddy Yankee's "El Cangri.com" album which captured his attention and inspired him to get more involved in the Reggaeton movement. Still creating Rap Music, it was not until he moved to South Florida in 2007 that Lason developed his talent for writing and performing Reggaeton. While new to Florida Lason worked with a local miami studio but soon enough reached out to a longtime friend and together are raising the bar when it comes to "Good" reggaeton music. Watch as Lason grows, evolves his music and brings back the real aspect of reggaeton along with a futuristic flavor.
