Listen carefully to the lyrics, you may think it’s a simple idea but if you’re attentive it will soon suck you in to a different point of view or world.
When I approach my art, there always has to be something different in the song somewhere, whether it is the lyrical angle or the guitar riff that sticks to me. I’m always writing, writing, writing, even if I’m doing something else. The radio in my head is always tuned to a new song I’m working on.
