Please speak up to save the Wild Horses of America!

Dear all,
on Thursday 25th March, Paul and I attended the UK rally to speak up for the wild horses of USA at the American Embassy in London. It is estimated there may be as few as 15,000 Mustangs left and the Bureau of Land Management in US, is rounding them up and just stockpiling them in holding pens, telling the public of USA that they are starving. The fact is they are healthy and many are in foal, sadly the round ups, carried out by helicopter, traumatizes the horses so much that many don't make it and 79 have died as a result of this horrendous activity that the government is not preventing. Over 40 mares miscarried their late term foals recently after being chased over 10 miles over rocky terrain and two small foals literally ended up on stumps when their hooves sheered clean off, this is a despicable way to treat wild animals and it must be stopped, wild horses are part of America's heritage.
