Fraud Warning to Artists:
Below is a copy of an email I recieved in my personal inbox. I have received one of these in the past, through the contact artist link on soundclick, which is how I received this email. After doing some research on the sender, I discovered that the company he claims to represent does not exist.
Dear Friend,
Am a listened and a Cds Distridutors,i have a new branch over here
in london,am originated from Spain.I have listened to your music it sound so cool and interesting, great, am an wholeseller in london, I am willing to purchase about 130 copies of your CDs for seller
and supplies.I will like to know the cost your price and the shippment fees please get back to me as soon as possible for this transactions
Soundclick warns about scams such as this in their discussions about fraud.
