Hi, I suggest you ask Eric to take the songs except for the one with the pantera intro off here, as they aren't even him performing them, let alone written by him. I have alerted my copyright lawyer and we are retrieving the original files from the sessions these were recorded on at the moment. The label I am currently signed to are very unhappy thius has happened and I now have to prove to them that these are written by me, although I have played these songs live since 2005 and have unlimited witnesses that that is me on these recordings.
Also if you ask around on Zakk Wylde forums folks there remember when I recorded and posted these up to demo what would be on my upcoming album in 2005.
I am very dissapointed with Eric for this, and I hope he sorts this out before my label figure it's not worth the hassle and drop me or similar.
