For adding guitar to a project simply send him an mp3 and he will send the track back to you with his work on it as well as a track with just the guitar work so you can mix it into your recording yourself.
If you want him to compose a score for television, film, or animation then send an email with a QuickTime sample of your project with thoughts on what you envision the music to portray.
