Regarding uploading songs. Go to Band Administration. In the Songs category it says add songs. Click on that and you should be ok from there. I was confused initially I must admit, but you soon get the hang of it. Below is what to look for.
Songs
see support issues
Everything song-related
» add new songs | update existing songs
» song info - edit or delete existing songs (infos, download options, license, picture)
» batch song settings change settings for all songs in one go
» paid licenses - get paid for licensing songs to artists or users
» charts position | retire a song from charts | change song order
