Haylo, I went to see the movie "He's Just Not That Into You" tonight. I know it got mixed reviews, but I actually liked it, as did my two friends (Lisa and Rebecca). I thought it was funny and touching. Jennifer Connelly's character was a bit crazy, and Drew Barrymore ended up with a loser, other than that, it was good. Everyone clapped for Jennifer Aniston's character, but I won't tell you why in case you want to see the movie. So, what's goin' on? Anybody up for a convo? Blessings.

Continuation of last post...So this Valentine's Day (without a significant other), I dedicate to the love of my children. My oldest son, Daniel, who is just about the funniest, most loveable person I know (and smarter than anyone I know, too). Then my beautiful, talented daughter Aislinn, who is an amazing artist, photographer, fluent in Japanese, and amazingly beautiful both inside and out. Finally, my little Nate. Accomplished guitar player, ham for all time, and terribly clever with the spoken word. I love them all more than life itself. So, here's to you, my young'uns! You make my life worth living. Blessings to all three of you.

Hey y'all. Well, tonight my friend had a Valentine's Day party for a gaggle of women. He he he. It was a hen party! Actually, we had a great time. We had food that reminded us of private body parts (which kinda embarrassed me, to be honest). I was in charge of the Swedish meatballs (dear god). However, the best parts (no pun intended) of the night were talking about a "love story" that each of us found ourselves in. Some were stories about romantic love, some love of our children, our ancestors, etc. There were some really moving stories and some were baudy and some were just funny. It was a great night. Lots of good food and good friends. So now I'm sitting at home listening to my son's music and marveling that I had a hand in creating this special person. Not only is he musically gifted, he is also an incredibly kind, strong, funny, handsome, et. al., human being. Actually, all three of my kids are incredible human beings.

Hey y'all, what's up? I'm new here, and mainly here 'cause my kid's band has a profile here. Listen to'em. They are Sunset Carcrash, and I think they rock! They can also be heard (more songs) at www.myspace.com/mysunsetcarcrash . Ok, so that's it. Blessings.
