Hey Emma,
i haven't forgotten about you too, i just assumed that by Facebook you must have been consumed.... ;)
i finally did break down, however, and gave that mighty place a try. Everybody is there, you know. Although, my University has recently stuffed me onto this new Microsoft @edu live thingy, i suppose the goal is to make it the next big college connection place, which is how Facebook got started...good Ol' Microsoft, at it again....

i sincerely hope you have found plenty of freedom from the pressure of "doing it all." i perfectly understand as i've been suffering much of the same symptoms, (first time here since February....omg school is brutal, but i do love to learn.)
i like the sound of you having a breakthrough, that is a nice term, it holds both mystery and promise. i also like that you are back...i hope this is true; it would be nice to hear some new music.
It was good to hear from you, thanks for keeping me updated, hope everything is working out well!
~Blessings :D

Omg! it looks like you are so done with this place! Due to school and a thousand other obligations, i would say i'm sometime done but i do like a web space full of musicians.
Don't know if you ever checked out my mouse pics or not, but to add to the story a week later i caught another one, so she had a friend, good thing i got them out safely before they had a mouse family....lol
Anyway, where ever you are and what ever you are doing i hope you are living well and fully enjoying!
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! :D
(oooohhhh check out my cheesy first ever video if you like.....)

Hi Esma,
Happy almost Midsummer's, =)
i recently had another mouse "guest" and thought i would share some pictures with you. i hadn't had to employ my trusty tin-cat in years, i'm certainly glad i had it around though. ;)
It was kind of funny, because the first mouse, the one i wrote about, wasn't afraid of me at all, after all, we had been together for quite awhile before i captured him, this one however, was terrified. She wouldn't come out of the box no matter what i did. There are these two ramp contraptions inside where she hid, and it didn't matter if i turned the box upside down or on its side in my effort to entice her to flee, she just kept jumping back and forth between which ever of these seemed most suitable.

Until finally, (almost twenty minutes later) dummy me realized if i blocked one hiding place while poking her rump with a twig she might finally make a break for it...lol...which she eventually did. :D
i tried to arrange the pics so they told this story. i may put some of them on my SC slide show, but for now they can be viewed here:

i've enjoyed your photos immensely, they made me wistful for beautiful places i've visited or lived before, so i'd like to share some of them with you, especially the first, since it's relevant, if you look way down in the valley along the river, that is where i let that first mouse free, long time ago. ;)

Anyway take care, hope you are having fun, and enjoying the summer! :D

(p.s. if the pics lead you to peek at my web page, it's a total wreck right now. In fact, it has been a mess for awhile; these past four months i haven't had time to really do much of anything at all except school....(i took waaaaay too many units) Anyway, i do have hopes that my page might amount to something someday, but i suspect it could get even messier before it settles into something more cool...since i'm still totally learning)
Take Care! :D

On the bright side, what i have been doing, besides daydreaming about the summer, is going though university catalogs (mainly San Francisco and San Jose State) figuring out what classes i need to take, and costs, and considering where to live etc...and also buying things on Ebay...(i won:))..oh and just getting the parts in the mail to be able to use a touch pen with my monitor..(one i've modified for touch myself...yes, of this, i'm quite proud)....oh, and shopping....chatting on SC....writing this to you....lol.... anything but studying....k better go back to studying now :(....no worries though, i suppose in time, i'll do fine...although no guitar for me tonight....tssss....yea right! ;)
Thanks for popping by...enjoy your hikes...i know i will be too, soon... with 14 free upcoming weeks with nothing, anything, and everything to do.....Whooohoooo!!!! :D

Hi Esma,
Hey! you logged in only two days ago...that is a good sign...is there something new?...i should look around...lol...i sure hope you would tell me if there was...SC doesn't seem to offer an effective way to keep tabs on everyone, even what you can subscribe to doesn't seem to work for me for very long.
How are you? Most well i hope.
Having viewed your recent photo collection it appears that you live in a paradise....sigh....i used to live in places like that too, well i suppose i still do if i'd ever get just a little bit away from school...looking through them was reminiscent...nature is the best...she captured my soul long ago. Once you've really been out there she becomes unforgettable.

All the photos are excellent you are a very good at your craft....i like the collages too, they are all very interesting to view, i especially like the two cheetah cubs on the branch, something about the way the photos are cut and blurred gives this illusion of movement.
Anyway i hope that you are enjoying your many projects....i look forward to being able to enjoy them too.
Don't be a stranger...sorry i'm not a facebooker....lol....as i mentioned before this place at times is almost too much...at least for now.
Cheers! :D

In this sense, i'm quiet, content, progressive, and optimistic while simultaneously having all the reasons people exist at the bottom of my list constantly being underlined.... ;)
looking forward to experiencing more of your creative works...please keep me on the alert. =)

Part I
Hi Esma! :D
Thank you very much! i really appreciate the feedback, to know others have enjoyed a work is not only gratifying but serves as inspiration to create more....i think at the heart that is what this community is supposed to be about...but sometimes i fear this gets lost in translation, to quote another sound clicker, “we all think we are superstars in our own minds” so it can be humbling at times to exist in a group so creative and full of talent as well as upsetting when not recognized...on the flip side, in light of avante garde movements that have come out of artistic collectives in the past, one can't but wonder what might happen when ever people group together....so although discouraged at times, i can't help but consider that this experience is more what we make of it than any of us realize.
I am back, babies!
