Rico just updated his old "American Nightmare" tune with a newer studio recording and added lyrics. This is more of an acoustic, folky song than the heavy gruvin' blues you may be used to from Rico's Gruv.

6 Tunes now available for download as singles or the album "Rico's Gruv Rockin' Blues The EP" on iTunes, MySpace Music, and Amazon !!
Send Rico a note telling him what the UPC code for the CD is, and he will email a special preview mp3 of one of the newer tracks currently be recorded for the full CD.
Also, two tracks are now available on LastFm which are not available for download with the CD.
