1 Thessalonians 5:16 says Rejoice Always
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says Give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Ephesians 3:20 says Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
I don't know about you but I have come through many circumstances and situations where I know it was no one but the Lord on my side keeping me here. I give him all the glory, honor and praise due and I invite you to praise the Lord with me.
Psalms 34:1 says I will bless the Lord at ALL times and his praise shall CONTINUALLY be in my mouth.
That vs did not say in good times, praise God or just in bad times praise God but ALL times. Hallelujah. You just get to the point where when you think on the goodness of the Lord, you just wanna have a praise party all day with him.
I invite you to praise him today. Make this day be a declaration to commit to praising him no matter what. Amen.

Freedom Time (John 8:36)

Its time to get free. Its time to turn away from our wicked ways and run after Christ so fast. Faster than you ever have before. We are living in a world where evil is becoming so accepted that the Church has started to conform. Evils such as Sexual Immorality, Homosexuality, Fornication, Selfishness, Idolatry. ( 1 Corinthians 6:9) The Lord warned us of these days but we don't have to fall in. Stand up for your 1st love.
Your first love is found in Christ. Don't run from him, just bow down and worship him.
Here is a poem I wrote not too recently in regards to time.
Remember that time is not on our side. Mattew 24:36 says For no man knows the day or hour when Christ shall return, not even Christ himself. Don't ever let Satan deceive you into thinking there is always time left to turn your life over to Christ.
The time is NOW
The time is now to stand up for what you believe in
The time is now to stop doing what other people around you are doing just because
The time is now to have a voice
The time is now to choose life instead of death
The time is now to live for your future instead of the past
The time is now to make a change for the good
The time is now to be a leader and not a follower
The time is now to be a giver and not a receiver
The time is now to be a lover and not a fighter
Your tomorrow is always today if you would just look up and say instead of later, "I will accept Jesus Christ as my personal savior"

My Weather Forecast

My weather forecast is not predicted by man. God has set my master plan. My life is partly cloudy with a slight chance of rain. The sun, “s-o-n” is still shining although it seems very dark. It could be dreary and windy outside but my heart is not heavy. It’s a little chilly and I might need a jacket. Yet my soul is warmed with comfort and joy.
I’m not quite sure what tomorrow will be like or even the weeks to come. I just know that it’s going to be sunny with a 100% chance of everlasting life. Thank God Jesus didn’t care about the weather, (whether) or not I was a sinner for he came while we were yet sinners.
He protects us with the umbrella of grace and mercy from our storms. Without him, we would drown in high waters.
Although the devil may attempt to bring us down with his weapons of mass destruction. The Lord sets up his shield around us.
So that a flood may not come to destroy us
Just like the warnings and watches you may hear before the storm. We are aware of the enemy before he comes. The only thing is we don’t know exactly where, when, & how he will appear to us. Like a tornado in the sky that touches down. The funnel cloud was seen but who could predict whether or not it would become that vicious vacuum that sucked up the town.
So I say this to end my weather forecast for today. Keep that sonshine in mind even though it may appear to be cloudy outside. There maybe a chance of rain or even a complete stormy day is nothing compared to the 100% promised guarantee of everlasting life with Jesus Christ.

Take me back dear Lord to when I first believed you. I remember the days when I first believed in Christ as my Savior. He was truly my best friend ever. .He still is my buddy forever (bff) but that passion is still in the process of getting back to where it used to be.
I'm ready to be souled out for Christ even more than I was before. When I completely lived my life as a living sacrifce to him back then( Romans 12), I longed for NOTHING, I wanted for NOTHING, and I worried about NOTHING. All I wanted was a closer walk with thee. My prayer is to get that time of my life back and for it to never leave again.
Prayer is powerful and once you give your own personal selfish desires away for his, it is amazing how your life can change.
I was a true Jesus Freak in high school and I'm ready to be the same as an adult. I had the WWJD bracelets,witnessing T-shirts, etc, involved in church groups inside and outside of school. It was so awesome.
If you have never felt the true power of the holy spirit working in your life, I challenge you to surrender your whole life to Christ and watch how not only you change but you will begin to effect others around you in a mighty way. One thing I've learned though as I mature in my relationship with Christ is that the closer you get to the Lord, the harder the enemy works.
I believe I've mentioned this in a previous blog about the power of just one servant for the Lord. If Jesus himself was tempted by the enemey, we as Christians will face the same battles. Yet, we serve an overcoming God, a might good God, the great I am.
We always must remember to always be on guard and put up our spiritual armor ( Ephesians 6:10-18).
