Three new files were uploaded (for listening only, no download) I recorded and mixed these tracks. And considering my limitation I am proud of that. Please check the news part for more details about the recording. Feel free to let me know what you think of it.

In memorial Gwenn Peel
Apr 27, 2011
Rehabilitation is a special place and time, often you're forced to face your own new, sometimes temporally, sometimes permanent limitations. Being able to share things like that helps you along, and that's where you fellow patients play an important role.
Two weeks ago I had had a bad week, the silly prothesis didn't want to cooperate, on my way home I saw an other patients face, he had just tried out his new prothesis for his leg, he'd been able to stand up for the first time in months, seeing his face just made my day.
For two months, two months that I will never forget in my life, I had the privilege of sharing the room with Gwenn, during those months you get to know him, his family, his brother and his girlfriend.
And although I had left hospital, it still struck me hard, when I was told that he was dead.
He died the 17th of march 2011. I think everyone could think of an explanation for why he did it, but still it is a story of a motor biker, who suffered a terrible accident, and where I was hoping for a happy ending some how.
I do think I was privileged to have known him, and he certainly opened my eyes to what paralyzed actually means. And still he had a lovely sense of humor, always ready with advice how to deal with doctors and the vast hospital machine in general.
I'm truly sorry it ended like that for him.

A happy new year to all
Feb 23, 2011
It's been a while since my last entry, not good, but an the other hand it's because i've been busy with several other important things.
I needed more surgery, On the 17th of january, my limb or stump was opened again to reshape it, to make the prosthesis fit better.
At first I thought this wouldn't be mentioning, but I must say it was extremely painful, yet again... Anyway life's got a hectic planning sometimes, so the next week I was planned for an exam at work for a promotion. I really wanted this promotion as with my amputation I wasn't of much use in my current job. Believe it or not this is the internet, I managed to pass this test, and will be allowed to the promotion when I come back to work after the rehabilitation period. Every one is entitled to some good news once and again.
14 february I was allowed back home, I'm still engaged in an intense rehabilitation scheme, but I'm allowed to go home. Which is very nice.
I've got more news on the music making/mixing front, but that's for my next post.

Moved yet again
Dec 27, 2010
Two weeks ago we got moved from the completed outdated lodging to the brand new one , with a personal flatscreen, but without an internetconnection. It took me nearly three weeks to sort that out.
So... we're connected, what else is new? Well I'm aloud the weekends off, I was able to enjoy Christmas with the family and I'm really grateful for that.
