THE NEXT PRODUCER TO BLOW! Terry “lilterryondabeats” Jackson Jr. born 09/02/1990 in Memphis, TN is definitely a force to be reckoned with within the entertainment industry. Terry fell in love with music around age of two. “I remember I use to beat on everything, so my mom and dad bought me a drum set.”-Terry Jackson. After Terry received his drum set at two years the rest was history he began playing drums for his mother’s church by 5 years old and played there until he turned 10. Somewhat of a prodigy drums became a part of his life, also a way to escape the streets even if only for a little while as he grew older. By 12yrs old Terry met a few guys from his neighbor hood Terrance Butts(known as Bae Bae), Maurice Mosby(known as Smokey mane baby), Tevin Scot (known as Taliban), and Derwin Mosby(known as Chaos). In the beginning of their meeting they were just a few young men from the streets who enjoyed music as a past time. The popularity of the young guys together gave them the idea to start a group which they called “Y.M.G or Yung Major Goons”. It was decided that Terry would be the Co-Ceo and producer for the group. Y.M.G made their mark in the streets of Memphis almost immediately and Terry got the opportunity to start working for Trap House Studios one of the biggest studio’s in Memphis ran by the Radio station Dj’s of the city. This really got his name out there and allowed him to learn more about the industry. By 21yrs old Terry Meet a Guy named Donneii also from north Memphis and became apart of Norfpole ENT. as a contracted producer to help groom their sound. During his time there he met C-era Leone an industry promoter/manager from Memphis, TN also looking to take her career to the next level. The first project launched by Norfpole produced by Terry “Freeky Baybee” was a huge success. Within 2 months of launching the single the team was getting back to back paid shows in Memphis in addition to hitting a whopping 300,000 views on YouTube along. The success came to an early Holt when the artist “Freeky Baybee” was arrested. C-era Leone and Terryondabeats decided to drop the project and move forward. Within 3 months of stopping the project C-era and Terry decided to head to Atlanta, GA where Terry would be touring to assist C-era with projects with Rocnation, Defjam, Shady, Badboy, and Street executives management team. This was all in effort to build relationships and get his name out further. Within 6 months of coming off the road Terry was fortunate enough to meet Waka (major recording artist of Warner brothers and brick squad monopoly). His first night in the studio with waka he recorded to one of his tracks. He called the song “The Realist Shit I Ever wrote”. The next day Terry was called back to create a song for Waka, Gucci, and yo gotti called “Money Pile”. This club hit took the industry by storm and made it on Waka latest mix tape salute me or shoot me 4 along with the realist shit I ever wrote. The song money Pile was noted as one of the best songs on the mix tape. Soon after that Yo Gotti contacted Terryondabeats for music for his new mix tape “CM7 The World Is Yours”, in which Terry Landed the smash titled “LIAR”. “This song is definitely the hottest record on the tape.”-YouTube viewer. With these two major mix tape releases being less than a month apart, Terryondabeats is defiantly making his mark in the industry. Currently working on projects for Atlantic Records Representative Jeff Vaughn for B.O.B, Kirko Bangz, Kevin Gates, and Cam Meekins in addition to working one on one with Grammy Award Winning writer “Ernest “Bishop” Dixon, a now 22 year old Terryondabeats seems to have an extremely bright future within the entertainment industry.
