I Too Once Bought A Dream
Love and money, where do the two connect?
Does your happiness sit inside that gold necklace hangin on your neck?
Fancy dinners and million dollar shopping trips,
tossed into a paper bag with overpriced reciepts.
Piles of shoes to wear but nowhere special to go.
What's the purpose? for others to see you glow?
Fuck a damn bently, I'd rather ride a damn bike.
So i can enjoy natures sounds as i travel the countryside.
People go through life believing that money is where love sits.
I don't know who told them that but it's a 100% pure bullshit!
Love is sought out by the most talented people in the world.
It sits above the highest in the stock markets and averages out to be worth more than gold.
A fancy rock that glistens beneath the sun could never put a smile on my face like ones pure and honest love,
Because that rock does not bind two people as one.
Simple "I Love You's*, dreams and courage is partly how it's done.
We go through life in search of our soulmate.
Not realising that they have always been there, what brings them is fate.
It happens when we least expect it yet sometimes it slips right by.
What if you reach out and grab it and have it for just a while?
Then suddenly it dissapears, do you chase it or let it run wild?
To believe that someone other than your soulmate could ever love and respect you more.
Is like catching a fish in a forrest filled with thorns.
Non exhistant yet visible to the dreaming mind.
Only the two can connect in such a way no one else can seem to understand.
Impatience, lack of faith and the shallowest of dreams can all destroy your heart if your soulmate sees not the same.
Like many of you out there,
I too once purchased a dream with the only thing i had to offer.
That offer was simply "ME".
Nothing more, nothing less what you see is what you get.
Sold as is no remodeling will be done.
You can take my love or leave it beneath god's sun.
I am wiser than you think.
In just one day patience, hope and fate brought my soulmate right to me.
There were no detours, no u-turns it was a simple straight shot.
He was the most expensive thing my heart has ever bought.
It was that day when i knew my soulmate was always there.
There is a time and place for everything but when and where?
We are not told these things for we travel it on our own.
It's not a dream it's everything it seems.
I like most of you, once too bought a dream.

You caress my succulent figure with your hands and your lips.
You share your deepest of thoughts as you make love to my hour glass hips.
You show me your dreams as you gaze into my fired heart.

As i ponder how to touch you without you being alarmed.
