Hello, I'm Tina. I consider myself to be in perpetual “middle age” and I run a Wellness & Health for People & Animals Internet business. My beautiful friend and companion is Kira; a female Akita/Husky/Malamute mix, rescued at the estimated age of 5-6 years old in 2005.
Kira and I have nothing and a lot in common (I won’t recite the list of comparisons right at the moment)! This Blog/Journal is about anything to do with us…these two females…of approximate same age (lol).
So Kira had a relatively sucky life before, but now has a wonderful life in a rural setting with acreage to roam and wild critters to chase (I know because she tells me so and she wants me to tell you about it). “Tina's Ark” is a website providing health & wellness information and safe, natural, alternative products for people & animals (animals of every age, species, and gender, I might add!).
