BAND UPDATES:
RULE OF THUMB - Has a new drummer! Yes its kind of out of the blue, but please welcome Ian to the Rule of Thumb family. He will be making his debut FEB 7th at Cheyenne Saloon for thier HUGE show with SNOT. We have tix now, so if you need any, please contact us NOW! Also in the next two months, ROT will be recording thier first FULL LENGTH album at Afire Studios, to keep in the know of all things Rule of Thumb, sign up for thier newsletter now on Reverbnation.com/ruleofthumb.
DAYS AFTER HAIL: Has added a last minute show for this Saturday at the Bunkhouse. Come out and support, and DAH will have tix for thier FEB 28th show at the 305 Club which is 18+. DAH is also recording new material, and should be ready in the next few months. Dont forget about thier set at House of Blues Acoustic Strip on FEB 12th, its a FREE ALL AGES event hosted by Michael Soli. Details and music on Myspace.com/daysafterhail.

FM NEWS: First I'd like to thank all who came out to the BOX OFFICE this past Saturday. It was a great show and good times with friends, check the calendar for more great shows coming this month! This week we are working hard on getting our other profiles throughout the web full of fans and friends. We have recently updated our LINKS page on our site to have all our pages listed and linkable. BAND UPDATES:
RULE OF THUMB - Is currently selling tickets to thier FEB 7th show with SNOT at the Cheyenne Saloon. Get them cheaper from the band than at the door today! Also recording sessions are currently being worked out and should have a new album from them by summer or SOONER!
DAYS AFTER HAIL - Has two amazing shows this coming February, first at the HOB Acoustic Strip on FEB 12th which is ALL AGES and FREE! Then on the 28th they will be playing a 18+ show at the new 305 club in the Greek Isles Casino on Convention Center between the Strip and Paradise! The 305 has a full bar so 21+ fans will have a good time too! Get your $10 tickets now from us or the band NOW!
BROKEN END - Will be playing with HEMLOCK at the ALL NEW SINISTER Rock Bar which is the new home of INK FRIDAYS as well. Feb 13th is the show, 21+ and they have tickets availible NOW!
OLD MAN SYNDROME - Their new ep "GET BENT" is availible at both Zia Records Las Vegas locations, or directly through the bands. New shows and merch are coming very soon, stay updated with OMS at Myspace.com/oldmansyndrome.
DIZZYLILACS - Were in Vegas this past weekend for the Box Office show we had, and they kicked some ass! We will be working on getting them back out here soon, so pay attention to our calendar! Catch all thier tunes, releases and shows at Dizzylilacs.com today.

This Week: We have started negotiations on getting our three year anniversary show, and it will be AMAZING to say the LEAST! Please keep checking our website for announcements and details. This week we have the BREWTALITY Tour coming to the Cheyenne Saloon featuring some of the hottest heavy acts around. The tour includs Bleed the Sky (Nuclear Blast Records), Straight Line Stitch (Koch), Within Chaos (On OZZFEST 08, Koch records), Ekotren (Blind Prophecy) and Rule of Thumb opening. Show starts at 9pm and is 21+. Tickets for Gorgeous Frankenstein (feat. Doyle of Misfits) are now on sale and can be picked up from the Jillians box office, ticketmaster.com or their outlets and this week from the locals Urchin and Funky Jah Punkys. The show also has Bella Morte and Car Bomb supporting the tour. We have confirmed October 1st at Jillians with Metal Blade recording artists The Absence and tickets will be on sale soon. Management:
Rule of Thumb: Like mentioned above, Friday at the Cheyenne Saloon they will be the opening act on the nation wide Brewtality Tour, and you better be there! Still awaiting the date, Rule of Thumb has moved onto the second round of Diablo's Rock the Roof Battle of the Bands, stay tuned to further details on that. Bakersfield and Arizona put the kids to bed, they are headed your way in August! Please log onto their myspace page and sign up for their newsletter to stay up on all the action, and get day of show reminders.
Fallen Vegas: This wednesday they are playing inside the Rio Hotel at McFadden's for Area 107.9's Garage Days, featuring Days After Hail and The Asphault. Amplify, the nationwide music competition, has selected its bands, and Fallen Vegas will be showcased at Jillians August 7th for an all ages event. Contact the band directly for tickets at Myspace.com/thefallenvegas.

Broken End: August has two shows on tap with the first being in Las Vegas @ the Cheyenne Saloon, and the other later in the month in Tempe, AZ when our boys Howitzer bring them and Rule of Thumb to town for an all ages show at the Sets. Hear them now on Myspace.com/brokenend
Jesus or a Gun: McFaddens August 6th, they will believe when they rock the foundation of the Rio Hotel for this Garage Days showcase. The following week, the train continues at House of Blues Acoustic Strip thursday, then an Evil Leprechaun takes them to Puff Lounge on the magic hookah ride that Saturday. The gospel meets daily on myspace.com/jesusoragunlv.
Edifice of Carrion: They are the newest addition to the online promotions family, and you can find them all over the web - Myspace.com/edificeofcarrion; Reverbnation.com/edificeofcarrion and Purevolume.com/edificeofcarrion. With a newly polished demo from Harsh World Studios, expect big things as we team up to conquer the valley, eating one baby at a time.

Rule of Thumb: This week Rule of Thumb has locked down a new show in Barstow, CA with SIX and CONSPIRACY Theory on April 19th, the day after our big Jillians show, which we still have limited tickets left, so contact us or ticketmaster asap!! Arizona in May and Kennys birthday in June, so be on the look out for more info. They also have new merch available at all upcoming shows, and soon online! AND AND AND 4 new videos on FMTV from their INK FRIDAYS show at Ice House Lounge 3-14-08 now!
Fallen Vegas: They have recently developed an entire acoustic set, and is going to play for the second time at Las Vegas' House of Blues weekly Acoustic Strip showcase. Also performing with them areDays After Hail, Slow to Surface and the Pickadillos. They have also welcomed back a familiar face in the drummer dept with Darryl and plan on recording music soon. Also updated is their online merch store, tons of different products now with awesome designs, now on their page!
diM.: Unfortunately the Jillians show on April 18th will be Freddie's last. He was with the band from the start and has chosen to move on. We wish him nothing but the best, and will remain close to the band and FiggZilla Music. So please all diM.wiTs come out to jillians and show your love for an amazing drummer and person and lets have a great time at a great show. This weeks featured band is Vannacutt, and the March Band of the Month is Betting on Tomorrow. The other bands up for nomination are - Holding on to Sound, Red 5, and Funky Jah Punkys.
