I do not mean this to be negative, cause I thought the contest was great. It gave everyone a fair chance and I realize that everyone could not take part in picking the winners. I would like to voice my opinion about one thing though, I understand that hip-hop is probably the most popular genre per capit, but I just feel that maybe a song represenring each genre could have been chosen. There are a lot of very good groups and individuals who put forth a lot of of effort and musical talent in this competition. A lot of artists wrote songs using a lot more musical talent and uniqueness than a percussion sound (software) and mixing in some vocals. Believe me I like some hip-hop too but I believe that it would have better served the soundclick community if other genres of musical talent would have been given a little bit more cosideration. Congtats to all of the winners and I will say again it was a fun contest. see ya later ZWINKLE

I just want to say thanks to all my fellow musicians and songwriters who are members of soundclick for supporting my my musical efforts since being amember. I am really ecstatic that I have got a song in #6 in the classic rock category and #21 in the overall rock category like out of 136,000 songs, awesome. Well I never dreamed I would do this well.
