To all my friends here at SC ... Please forgive my absense from SC, for awhile? I cannot explain here the grusome details, as to why? It does revolve around serious financial issues & my serious physical limitations, (my old '68 & '83, spinal injuries & resulting surgeries, & this ever slow, advancing MS & it's worsening episodes), and lacking of the most simplest of resources to work with. Local friends, & the few family, left, trying to help? But don't have the resources themselves, as they too, struggle to keep their own family's heads above the economic waters. I will be offline for some time. However, my site will remain? I will use a library, when I can, to hopefully access it. I will be living outta the backseat of my old, beater of a car for now. How ya'll! Just contacting all my friends to let them all know ... I have posted a new song. Click or copy and paste, URL above to go to it? "How Can You Still Love Me (and still do the things you do)" While it's not the ones I wanted to get out? But another from years back. My hand and wrist are doing better? But evidently, not going to be able to record for while, as I tried, as soon as the cast came off. I'm gonna need quite a bit of working with it, just for the simplest recordings, I had planned. So, I put this song up, as I promised many, I would post something by March? And being a man of my word? Howbeit ... not the songs, I had planned due to possibly over-exuberance, thinking I'd be able to just get right back to recording within a short time after the cast came off? OWHEE! ! ! Damn? It just didn't work for me, regardless of trying to get one out. Looks like I'll need a lot more PT, on it, before I can even play anywhere near reasonable? So, if ya'll like ... lease feel free to visit the site, and take a listen? Let me know what you think, more of the story, than the overall quality. It was a rough, left as is, demo. And why I didn't post it before, as I had hope to re-record it and make major adjustments, I just didn't have the equipment for, when first done?
Thank you all for hangin in there with me ... and all the E's and posts of care and support, while I was healing up? You've all been great friends, and so kind to this o'le outlaw? Even so tolorant of my rough recordings, techniques, and sounds. May someday, I'll get some good recording equipment, so I can produce something with real sound and fidelity instead of this cheap-o, fixed track on track, cassette setup, I've been stuck with for years?

Most have not seen me on site 4 a time now? But I see many have been here. Sadly, while trying to do a good deed for a disabled Vet? Long story! He couldn't afford to get his front brakes done on his van. So, I took on doing it for him, Free, as I know how, as a former Mechanic and Stockcar driver. Unfortunately too, The old Jack-Stand, I had holding up each side of the vehicle, failed. The suspension came down on my hand and wrist. It broke both! OUCH! So for those who've been looking for me or my new songs posted here, as promised? I haven't been able to play or record them & get them up. Nor get online much & type one-handed. But figured I ought to let ya'll know what's been happenin since the start of my new year. Not pretty! But hang in there ... I will try and get it done as soon as I'm able to use my L hand and fingers, again. May be another 9 to 10 weeks or so with rehab? Not how I had hoped 2008 would start for me? Happening aiding another in Need? Bearing my Cross, I guess?

Today, I wasted hours learning how to use this site? NOt sure if it was me and my MS, acting up? Or the site and it's MS, screwing me up? But I won, at last.
