A poem Called 'Don't Leave' more to come
Apr 29, 2007
Don't Leave
You say you need your space;
You say you need to get away;
It's not your words.
It's the why you act
The way you talk
i"m sorry
And I know you're feeling frustrated
That's my bad,
don't leave...
Let me show you I care, before you leave.
Let me be your counselor, your comforter,
Your doctor, your man
I know what you been needing
And I'm here; I can make it right if you just let me have one more night
Don't leave...
when it's all said and done,
You and me will be as one again
We can stay in love
no rushing,
I'm putting this on everything;
You ain't gotta leave...
got me thinking
About how it used to be, just you and me,
Just want to hear you say you love me,
Put no one else above me,
But I messed up I'm sorry
Don't leave...
Without you, the world out there is painted shades of blue
If I can't have you I should just get lost in my dreams
Because in my dreams I have, and am loved by you
