What up peoples. Im really trying to get into this blog thing or at least have something to talk about. I've been doing music like forever, Sometimes you do things so naturally you never really pay attention to what you doing you just know how to do it. Well, I've decided to really pay attention to my mixing and editing and got really down and dirty with learning more about protools. I love that program. I just love engineering and recording period. This type of life style isn't for everyone. You have to put in alot of time for this. Well my first session of learning the mixing board and all those damn buttons and converting midi into audio and mixting down the session was great. My boy Hook - my engineer through alot at me for my first day. Luckily Im a fast learning and have been doing this for a long time. I want to be able to go into any studio and be able to work with whatever they have. I plan to go to recording school soon. Im a self learner so i will be very interesting when someone is teaching it to you, You see it all in a different light. With the first session under way i look forward to the second session. Hook doesn't think I'll need many sessions cause of my past experience and that i catch on fast. Well imma try to be in the studio as much as i can. Stay posted.
