“Hey”, she said with a sly grin.
She knew what she wanted,
She wanted him.
“Uh, Hi”, he managed to say.
He didn't know what to think,
Should he say he was straight or gay
She was dressed in pink.
That caused him to wonder,
and emotions to sink.
“Stop staring! This ain't 'up' in an elevator ride”.
She pulled him onto the dance floor and said,

She moved like a rag doll and he was having fun.
Thinking 'I'm living on the edge,
what if She's got a gun?”
He knew right off it wasn't the same old song and dance.
They moved like sweet emotion.

Like Kings and Queens, we moved our chess pieces a-way.
Lefty Joe and the boys were teaching us to,
walk this way.
“This is amazing” he whispered. “I'll do what it takes.”
“Remember these toys in the attic”.
Hoping she would be there when he wakes.
“Dream on.” She said. “You're really out of taste”.
She had Tom and Brad and Joey,
and a south shore night to waste.
He felt the magic touch and took one more chance,
and it wasn't between her eyes,
but she said “Just shut up and bounce”
So they went crazy, rocking the night away.
When you're out with Aerosmith,
You just push 'play'.
