I've been called a loner, I've been called insignificant.
Most recently I've been called a dead beat loser bum, by a family member.
Maybe I'm cursed, maybe, or maybe its just all in my head. I don't know.
I'm definitely grateful for my pets. In a way they keep me sane.
There's definitely a love and appreciation for them. They're actually the reason I haven't done anything stupid to hurt myself. They're a God send! I guess I can say.
China-shes my rottweiler. Sure shes intimidating from the outside looking in, but, what no one really knows is that she wouldn't hurt a fly (assuming she could catch one)lol...shes so awesome. I cherish every moment with her. I've had her for about 5-6 years now, got her when she was 4, at the peak of her prime! Reasons for even considering taking a big rottweiler dog in and keeping her is what made the whole ordeal that much easier for me. Her previous owner for whatever inhumane reason abused her. After hearing this I thought, well let me give her the best life possible while shes still living...
I've got a cat named Lucky!...well I've got two cats, but Lucky's my Lil' man...came up to the front door a while back. Seeing that he had NO tail (still doesn't to this day!) not knowing exactly how he got that way, and thinking the worst, I just couldn't resist but giving him a better life...Well, about a year or so after giving Lucky a home here, Lucky runs off chasing after this other cat. While looking for him, the cat he had chased earlier that day walked up to me, and well the first thought that came to me was "hey, maybe I could use this cat as a way of enticing Lucky back. To make a long story short, this new cats name is Bandit! and has become really good buddies with Lucky!!
Butch-what can I say?...He's a boxer! Nickname bu boo! he ran into the backyard 2 years back, and has since been a part of the crew! Actually I decided he could stay, since at the time I thought he would make a perfect companion for China.
