mcQuarter is a one man operation as of now, as it's in the begining, "throw-some-music-on-a-disk and-see-who-comes" phase. I am currently throwing it all on a demo so I can put together a quality band.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play live whenever I can...with other bands. Looking for coffee shop work ( when demo is finished...)
Your musical influences
I love it all...from the very heavy to new age... I won't be pigeon-holed!!! If you want a general idea of my sound, you'll need to listen. Throw in the gratuitous Beatles homage, stir in alittle Deepak Chopra for positivity and you get mcQuarter. I hope to find musicians on that train of thought. What equipment do you use?
Rogers Powertone drums, Paiste cymbals , DW hardware, Vic Firth sticks, Epiphone LE Les Paul, Godin ACS Grand concert SA 6 string, Fender acoustic, Yamaha bass, Yamaha and Mackie recording and mixing gear, and SKB cases.Anything else?
Anything is possible in this life, you must believe, and use your gifts to serve. Live Dharma. Yep, that's all.Hello , I found your lyrics to be very moving . the one that moved me the most was "milestone" I was hoping that you could tell me more about that song. where and why and how it came to be . i just know that it had to be for something or some that ment a lot to you . thank you PersephoneI thought you were going to name this project "quarter-MC" -Yo-
I think I saw that Scott Shenk guy somewhere in the Haunch outside the base gate in Yokosuka, Japan...passed out. I hear he plays a mean KAZOO!!All comments (3)
