Original Christmas song done in Beach Boys style
70's style, ELO/Supertramp type song...
One of my favorite songs off Pet Sounds album. A boy/girl love song on one hand and really about the loss of innocence. I made this cover version a few years ago. not really a faithful remake but not altogether different either.
A fun remake of this My Fair Lady song. A video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WZpwI6KKjw&list=FLaz9OSM4CNCMCwRsyEMRJPw
little jazz ditty - simple piano and vocal (with subtle drums) Tim Lowe was kind enough to add some bass and organ... and an inimitable sax break (per usual)!
Wrote this a long time ago after watching a Benny Hill episode. Finally got around to recording it for posterity. not a lot of time spent on it - just a fun little ditty.
Break-up song done in a 60's/Beach Boy type style
New retro style Christmas song
Song written and recorded for the Clickers club Horror player. actually, a little double shot medley of two short tunes - pt1: "We're Absolutely Strange" and pt2: "Undead"
A track of the "Malibu Jukebox" CD about a girl so popular that it bores her. The arrangement has one foot in the 70's and the other in the 60's, with a decidedly Beach Boys chorus.
a little ditty written for the Clickers club. Written on Wednesday, recorded on Thursday, fine tuned on Friday... that's enough fussing over this one :)
power pop with a Beach Boys/60s slant. from the forthcoming new album. BVs by matt Tyson and Dana Countryman.
Michael Duran sent me this fully formed instrumental backing track and asked if I'd try some vocals over it. He thought it created the mood of hopeful and triumphant so I tried to write lyrics accordingly.
Power pop with a decidedly Beach Boys/60's slant. BV help from Dana Countryman. Dana also played bass on this track.
Cover of "Spooky" done for the Clickers Club halloween song challenge. Additional lyrics by Ghoul Munster
