Hi Yall,
My name is Matt. I am 16 years old. I write country songs, and hope to get a few recorded someday. When I was 11 I was writin lyrics, just for fun, I never really paid attention to it. Well I was stayin' with my cousin for 3 weeks in Murfreesboro, TN. Well my parents we went on to my hometown, Lake City, TN. While we was in the motel, we had it on CMT and a Kenny Chesney concert from Knoxville was on, and I knew right then, thats what I wanted to do. Well i started wrtin, finally last August, I was walkin through K-mart and i thought of a song called "Because Of You" that was my first good song. After then they all kept gettin Better and better.
