I am a studying musician from Toronto Canada. I have attended Berklee College of Music, and am currenly transferring to The Metalworks Institute for audio production & engineering. Awesome stuff! If I hadn't heard Jeff Loomis cd, I would think you are my favorite shredder right now. Still, I'm a fan, I've always loved the heavy riffs, double bass, and neoclassical but always have to deal with a very bad vocalist to get it hehe. 
Sounds like you actually have room for vocals, it that the plan?
I think a few more lead harmonies OR finishing this up with a vocalist would work well. I would still crank this up AS IS though because it is very exciting and you are top notch.
