Hip Hop junky flipping sounds into funky tapestries to create a soundtrack of my life. Putting; sometimes introspective, sometimes comedic, sometimes cerebral but always real lyrics on top of those beats for your delight.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
When "Fresh Is The Word" by Mantronix came out I wanted to make my own beats. I started playing around with tape loops on my boombox back when I was 13 years of age.
I continued to rhyme over instrumentals 'cause I didn't have the money to buy a drum machine. As time went on, I learned to play around with tape loops and over dub stuff on top with a cheap dj mixer, then put my vocals on top. Still at this time I was battling anyone that could rap in my middle school before rhyming off the head was called freestyle.
Time went on, I learned more about recording and saved money to get myself a four track, a cheap Gemini dj sampler. More time went on and I started buying drum machines, effects, sequencers and more gear. Now fast foward to the present, here I am still making tracks, still expresing myself via beats and lyrics.

What equipment do you use?
Alesis MMT8, Roland TR707, Alesis D4, Fostex FD4, Korg EA1, Korg ES1 mkII, Korg Kaoss Pad, Roland S330, some sound boards, some sound effects, turntables, tons of old musty records, mic, and computer using Cubasis.
