Maritimer
Jimi Beat Jimi Beat
I found my old Korg AX1G, which had worked like crap thru mu Cube 30, but into my PC with my Tele copy, sounds great, here's a sample!
Tripper Tripper
A song by Jimmy Rankin, an Atlantic Canadian artist, icredible lyricist, singer, and guitar player. Fun song with a dark story
Armageddon Armageddon
A song by Prism (awesome 80's Canadian rock band). Got to use Leafdrums for the first time, but I haven't mastered the mixing of tracks yet, as you can hear! Also, it's 10.9 MB and I can only download 10 MB, so we lost the tail end of the song!
Scotty J's Dm thing Scotty J's Dm thing
A great tune from Scotty J's soundclick site, I added a lead on top of it with my Tele copy, a TS7, RetroComp compressor and delay, through a Peavey Classic 30. It's a dark tune with a minor to major turnaround, just a nice dark tune.
Booty-Que Blues Booty-Que Blues
The RetroComp is great, but really shines with the Freeway Classic clean! Had this blues tune in the works for awhile, and had some lyrics I had wrote also, so re-configured both a bit and here it is! And its not bad!
Boozin' Blues rhythm Boozin' Blues rhythm
A backing track for lead-inspiring buddies to download!
Boozin' Blues Boozin' Blues
An instrumental with Clapton-ish / SRV-ish sounds, Yamaha PSS270 doing the bass and drum lines, Godin Freeway Classic with neck p'up, TS7 Tubescreamer, DD6 Delay, into a Peavey Classic 30
Help Me Thru The Night Help Me Thru The Night
Take Your Pants Off and Dance Take Your Pants Off and Dance
A really fun song! Bruce Guthro did it, an Atlantic Canadian musician / songwriter, and he's incredible! Put everything in perspective! The fun way! I did it with the John Prine -ish voice (vocal talent not required!), not saying Prine has no vo
Jazz Jam plus Louie's Blend Jazz Jam plus Louie's Blend
Louie takes my Jazzy piece and adds drums, bass, and some extra rhythm....what a difference when you add a band to the mix...he's a magician!
Jazz Jam Jazz Jam
A Jazzy rhythm I did, then laid a lead track over it, all clean, with different p'up settings on the rhythms
Intro to 'Pour Your Sugar on Me' Intro to 'Pour Your Sugar on Me'
Intro to 'Pour you sugar on me', testing out micing the amp, the amp on the dirty channel, with the TS7 Tubescreamer and PH7 Phaser on line.
Badge (clip) Badge (clip)
A short piece of an Eric Clapton classic, Badge. Just a short clip of the verse rhythm and the transition to the C to D picking, love that sound!
Residual Confusion Residual Confusion
An instrumental, Alvarez RD20SC and the Cube 30 (JC Clean channel) lined into the PC....I know I still have clipping, but I have everything just about off, and it's still hot. But doesn't sond too bad ...what do I know!!
