Hi there! My name is Mario, im 22 and since i was a child i loved dance music and all the variations of this style.
When i started handling sound, i was just a child and i used to make some mixes at house with a radiocassete player and pause button :P
Now i have learned a lot about music, its been a long time listenig to music and thats the reason why i produce now my own music, trying to make the perfect track for my ears, thanks god, everyone arround me loves my music and they cheer me up to share my tracks with everyone , now i want to show you what i make, my personal style on dance music, i hope you like it too. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have no history, just began producing when i was 17 years old at home, to spend time on summer vacations, after that , i started to learn more things about producing and it made me be more interested on it, even, i stopped going out to stay at home producing my music, day and night, but it did not became an obbsesion, as may look like, i used to go out too when i had no ideas or when i needed to refresh my mind after so many beats ;)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Still not, im a home producer, this kind of music is nearly impossible to be player on "Live " sessions, an special moment is for example, when, after so many days producing on my room , i listen the final track on a good hifi with somebody else giving the oppinion about it.
Your musical influences
I think i have a little of each producer i like, but i have a personal style, for example, i really love the big melodies and lots of instruments on it,also, make my music like if,
What equipment do you use?
I only use a pc, nothing else, a 4 years old sound card(Sound blaster live1024), AMD2400XP but with only 256 mbs of ram, i have 120 gigabites of HD, (2 Seagate barracuda, one of 40 and another of 80).
And the other is the software, that is something personal, each producer uses something different, i use a not very known program but very easy and intuitive , wich makes easier print your ideas on the sound.
But when i was younger, mi pc was a pIII with 450 mhz and it really was amazing, i had no problems anyway, even with ram, (earlier 320 mbs, but not ddr333, :P
Anything else?
Be sure that my tracks are made as a hobby, i dont wanted to have any reward, even peoples opinnions, but now i discovered that is much better to share them, its really nice to see and listen people talking bout your music, and more if they dance with it, that makes me feel proud. Its a good feeling!!
