The sound of a saxophone, drums, bass, piano, playing together, encouraging and pushing each other to new heights. Music played with passion, creativity, humor, and style. The Sweet Thunder Jazztet specializes in presenting the music of the great composer and baritone sax player Gerry Mulligan, as well as other well-known and not so well-known works and originals in the "west coast" jazz style, or "cool school". Real jazz, played right.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play live as much as possible, and have done so for many years. I really enjoy the energy and interaction between the band and the audience. Every live performance is a special moment for me, because that kind of musical interaction is what makes music fun for me.
