I'm 17 years old, live in the Isle of Man, and have been playing bass for over 2 years (though you may find that hard to believe).
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started playing bass at the age of 15 in February 2002. My best friends from school had started a band but had no bass player.
I'd been interested in the bass for a while (not that I had a clue about what role it played) so on the day of my first band practise I got myself a brand spanking new...Squier!

And it's gone from there - I've been in several different bands - all started wonderfully and failed miserably.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I've never played live but I'd love to - especially as part of a band.
Your musical influences
Well I play bass, but bassists are not necessarily my musical influences...here's a brief list:
Casey Chaos of Amen, AFI, Jaco Pastorius, The Mad Capsule Markets, Flea. I would say Vic Wooten but he doesn't really influence or inspire me...his skill just upsets me.

Please don't judge me by my recordings...they would probably sound a lot better with a professional setup :P
