born and raised in akron i am the last of eight children.one of those eight brought forth columbo black.once you here my music,although a different genre you will see that the art of music flows through our veins like the blood that keeps us alive.raised listening to r and b it was the true greats that influenced me.i've been singing since the age of 8 years old.i feel the time is right to present it to the public now,because we need to hear some love songs that address the heart in a time of dire need.so let mamasboy be the one to take you back to those days!!!!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
i've lived in compton,ca. and houston,tx. and all over ohio,and have always sang where ever i was.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
i used to,but i've now devoted my time to writing,and recording in my home studio.there was one special moment that sticks out.a standing ovation at a talent show in high school.

stevie wonder,the temptations,the jackson5,the miracles,the dramatics,bloodstone,all natural voices.
What equipment do you use?
i'm old school mostly.ensoniq asr10,and an akia 12 track recorder,and some computer.
Anything else?
my love for music will never die. i feel it is the greatest escape in the world other than my heavenly father. ther is no greater escape than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
