Born November 2, 1990 Jerek " J - Malo " Reyes was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. J - Malo started his career playing a keyboard at the age of 10. Age 13 Malo started making beats all the time leading up to his first album at age 15 called " Americaz Most Wanted Beatz " . Malo was inspired by rapper/cousin Joesph " Big Mook " Sanchez and started rapping at age 16. Since then Malo has worked with artist such as Amanda Perez, Do or Die, Coast, Johnny P, and has been heard by Tech N9ne, Brotha Lynch, and Big Krizz Kaliko. 2009 Malo has became well known to both Indiana and Colorado, and all of Myspace. The Fort Wayne native is releasing a new album in December 2009.
