We are malandra, Birmingham Based Hardcore metal Band.
Description
We are a birmingham based Hardcore metal band, we are made up of members from bands such as: Blood of the enemy, Furor, Mandown, Flumxt, First Offence.
We have all been on the Metal scene for quite a few years now and have gigged in various places and with some top bands.
Our main aim with this Project is to have fun and hopfully broaden our sound and make everyone that comes to see or listen to us enjoy it just as much as we do.

Adam - drummer. Former bands: Glitch, Mandown, Our District, First Offence, Blood of the enemy, Malandra(current)
Daz - Guitar. Former bands: Grebo, Blackout, Mandown, Our District, Blood of the enemy, Malandra(current)
Tom - Guitar. Former Bands: First Offence, Malandra(current)
Carl(bob) - Bass. Former bands: Seven Against, Cowleg, Furor, Malandra(Current)
Karlos - Vocals. Former bands: Flumxt, Mandown, Blood of the enemy(brief), Malandra(current)

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes we love playing live. We have plyed all over the country in the past but as Malandra is a fairly new band then all of our gigs have been in birmingham so far. our guitarist turning up still hammered from the night before and then playing perfectly was quite a moment.

Hatebreed, Throwdown, Madball, Terror, earth crisis, vision of disorder, ACDC, Alice in chains.....etc....
What equipment do you use?
Adam uses: Tama drums, Sabian Cymbals, Vic Firth sticks.
Daz uses: Aria Guitars, Super sliky strings, and Fender cabs and amps,
Tom uses: Scott Ian (murder Weapon) guitars, Super slinky strings, laney cabs and amps.
Carl(bob) uses: Fender bass, super slinky bass strings, and various amps and mods.
Karlos uses: His voice (his most important instrument) sure mics.
