Ok, here is the first major update I have done in quite some time. I have re-done a lot with the page, and I will continue to have this up after my official page is completed. I have also redone all of the terms of beats purchases, which are all listed below.

- You are looking for classic, yet modern tracks for hip hop and R&B projects for artists, labels and entertainment companies. The beats will speak for themselves.
- You are looking for music to use for soundtracks, DVD's, and other multimedia releases.
- You are looking for the real hip hop that is painfully absent from the music scene. You want to give the consumers what they want.
1. Leasing Rights $50: With the leasing rights option you are allowed to use the beat for one commercial purpose (which means something you make money off of), such as an album, or music for broadcasting. This is the perfect option for people trying to put together an album on a shoe string budget. I will still retain ownership of the beat, and the beat will remain on the page for sale. With the leasing option you will receive a copy of the beat in .WAV format along with a contract stating your non-exclusive rights to the beat.
2. Exclusive rights $125: This option will allow you to use the beat for as many profitable purposes as you want, because, well, you own it. You can do whatever you want with it. Exclusive rights are never re-sold, and are taken off the site immediately following the money being deposited into my paypal account. When you purchase the beat exclusive you will receive the beat tracked out, with each track running solo, along with a contract stating your exclusive rights to the beat.
3. Custom Beat $200: Your beat, designed specifically your way. If you like my style but you have a certain idea about how you want me to do something, a certain sample you want flipped, etc, this is the option for you. On Customs I need to have a 50% deposit, and then the beat is exchanged once the money is deposited into my paypal account.
4. Payment for beats: After you have contacted me, and decided which beat(s) you would like to purchase, I will give you my paypal info. Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I also except checks and money orders. Beats will be delivered once payment through any of the aformentioned is received.

6. Upcoming projects: Mack the knife productions will be releasing a full length remix album in the fall of 2005, featuring all of today's biggest artists, with MTK's special musical touch. This album will be professionally pressed and available for purchase. Stay tuned!
