Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Main$tory:
Main$treaM started off wanting to piss people off. He loathed the studio recording industry professionals & Sound Production Mass Media Culture in general. How could it be that a TV Camera can record what you say in the street, then edit it into something YOU DID NOT SAY but take a little news sample off the TV & bam: "WE WILL SUE YOU" These days it makes me sick that hard breaks & media cut ups are trendy. Not sick enough to actually stop.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes...a few large events in sydney & the not so large too. It's sometimes really fun. However making music beats it hands down. 2ser's freaky loops gig was fantastic & the elephant trax 'Food to eat Music by' launch was fantastic!

What equipment do you use?
Computers, Various software programs, big ass sampler/keyboard, some drum machines...a mic sometimes. Also I use reel to reel tape -for certain sounds.
Anything else?
I'm too reclusive for my own good.
