Welcome to the Mahachakra Studio Project. Started out on drums, studied the VCS3 Synth in the early 70s, had an ARP 2600 in the early 80s, first Mac 1986, 2004 got into REASON DAW, virtual synths, Ableton Live, Logic. I record assorted drums & percussions, Roland Vdrum TD11KV and Korg WaveDrums. Hope you enjoy the tunes...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Mahachakra is the music studio project started in 2003, to provide a platform for creative sonic exploration, using virtual and acoustic instruments to express several styles including ambient, electronica, world fusion, dance, tribal, visionary, etc... with a focus on contemporary interpretation of ancient devotional and transcendental sound vibrations (mantras, bhajans, kirtans).
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Mainly studio work, but I am gearing up to start playing live.
