MagHead
MagHead is an experimental/progressive rock band that has been around since december 2003. Someone once described us as "controlled power," obviously speaking of our tendency to be very dynamic.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We have only been together since december 2003 and have played 2 shows. the first at John Counts' house in auburn; second, at the W6 house in auburn as well. we are playing a july 4 party at John Counts house and also a show in waverly that same night. On the 10th, we are playing at roosters' in auburn, on july 16th we are playing a radio benifit for University Alabama radio station at XS in tuscalusa, alabama. On the 25th we are playing an after wedding party for my friends richard and brenna.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
we play locally in auburn, al and also surrounding areas in alabama. we are soon going to be playing in north carolina, tennesse, georgia, and other places yet to be finalized.

We are influenced such bands as:
radio head, frank zappa, polvo, hematavore, frank black, sunnyday real estate, and other bands
What equipment do you use?
we use a marshall combo amp, an accustic bass head for guitar, a sunn bass amp and other junk.
