The Band all 3 of us could always refer to, as one of our favorites, was Depeche Mode. Still every one of us, brought his own unique style into the Band and into the songs, which left nothing too comparable to Depeche Mode.
The same Sound on each and every release, that has become so popular these times here in germany, was never understandable for us, leaving us never satisfied with using the same sound in more than 2 different songs. We are always on the chase for new Sounds and Effects and even sampling our own sounds, if we can't find what we need otherwise.
Band/artist history
It was probably a warm sunny day in summer, when 3 apprentices in the Job to become Paintermen, were on the top of a scaffold, discussing music in general. Suddenly one of them had the idea to form a Band or a Music-Project, because all three were making music on their own before and on the search for a name for that band, the two guys that were living in the same house at that time, remembered the title of a song they started, with the name "Mad Keyboarders". Since all of them had Synthesizers and were pretty mad in their own special way, the name was perfect.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We don't play live, since it's been a long time that we've been active in this Project together and never felt, that 2 Keyboarders and 1 singer were enough for a live show. Back then we had just too much else on our minds and not enough experience. But the songs we have finished are too good for oblivion.
