Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Me and Sam are actually twins. Yeah, I came out a little early, but that fool was taking a nap and I wanted to scout around. We kicked it around Beirut for a while, learning what we could from other street urchins. We got signed to a label and they pulled a Pulp Fiction style rape on us. I'm still trying to walk it off. Not sure how Sam is handling it, he decided to move to the outback of Indiana. Here's our damn record.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have a couple of dates set for the Horsehead Nebula next year. We played Hell a couple months back, but Sammy's mic fused with his lips and now he looks like an elephant cyborg or some shit. We ain't playin' THERE again! I think we're going to open for Chingy next week in Wackland..
Your musical influences
We're sort of like Yanni meets Englebert Humperdink. With like a sliver of Fat Boys. Cook it all up with a sprinkle of Muzak and you've got MaddWest! Shit is FLAVA too!
What equipment do you use?
I just bang on some old coconuts with a dead fish, and sort of hum the chord changes. Sam now has a mic permanently attached to his mouth, so he's got sort of a kazoo kinda thing goin' on.
Anything else?
Yeah.. We're dope, so if you have negative feedback for us, I suggest you get some hypnotherapy to bring back the fact that your pops was fucking you in the ass back in the day. It's OK man, just let it out. Take that frown and turn in upside down.
