The southeast San Diego Rapper none as, Mac Jones aka Mac Marley, Is making a name for his self in San Diego making local mix tapes. In 2003, he was featured on a few songs from the Cali Unit mix tape, The Coast Is Watching. In 2004, he came out with is own mix tape, Worth the Waite. With no promotion, the albums got around by word of mouth. Traveling from school to school. Drawing major attention with Lyrics talking about everything from, hollering at ladies, life in the ghetto. To club hits and humors rap tells. Mac Jones second solo mix tape called, Its Me Again. Is due to come out summer 2005. With more hot production and catchy hooks. You could see his progress in each song getting better and better by the bar. Mac Jones at the moment is working on a 4 vol. Mix tape called We Be Rapping And Shit. Which he tags up with a new artist for each volume, fans love his, say what I want to attitude. One of his most popular songs, Titled after the album name, Worth The Wait.
