Lyrical E
Lyrical E, the self proclaimed frontman of Live Hip Hop Band, ModifiedBlockStyle, and the musical mastermind on the keys in that same band, Nate B., venture upon their first full studio album in more then 3 years. The album is "Table for One." Nate B. will be the executive producer on each track alongside the original and concious yet most times humourous lyrics of Lyrical E. ModifiedBlockStyle, the live hip hop band out of Utica, NY in which Lyrical E and Nate B. reside can be reached by clicking the Link elsewhere on this page or by simply copying and pasting http://www.modifiedblockstyle.com into your address bar. While MBS is on a break due to college and while no shows are scheduled, "Table for One" will be in full production.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Nate B. and Lyrical E (Elliott H.) met along time ago while pounding the age old hardwood desks we like to call middle school. The love of real Hip Hop when it was still thriving in the early-to-mid 90's brought the two together to make some music of their own. Over 6 full hip hop albums are included under these two handsome fellows belts and with the true improvement of their skills by way of the live stage and ModifiedBlockStyle, these two journeymen are ready. Original and unique seemed to be a bit cliche and overused when talking about this unstopable duo, but all joking aside "Table for One" will be Hip Hop like you've never heard before.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes indeed. As mentioned only a few spaces above, this is a branch off of ModifiedBlockStyle, live Hip Hop Band out of NY. Tracks from "Table for One" will be performed at future MBS live shows. ModifiedBlockStyle has been performing live since 2001 on stages across central New York.
