Played on over 300 college stations, Lucid Nation has reached as high as CMJ #8 most added. They've opened for a who's who of legendary underground bands including The Breeders, Bikini Kill, Tribe 8, Hazel, Sleater Kinney, John Sinclair, Team Dresch, FYP, Mike Watt; they've played benefits for RAINN, FARM, Peace and Justice Center, Gang Truce, Save Ward Valley, Food Not Bombs, Kosovo Relief, and the Black Panthers. Rolling Stone Keith Richards called them marvelous. Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth certified them "smokin'."
