I've been writing, recording and performing music for longer than I care to admit. Let's just say 20-25 years... give or take... as the crow flies.
In the studio I do about everything except drums. I'm not 'great' at anything, just 'pretty good' at a lot of different things.
I currently front 7 different line ups and outfits of various shapes and sizes and that keeps me playing pretty much year around. I can scale it down for budget-gigs and I can expand it out for the 'Big Show'.

I have recorded and produced 9 of my own albums (most available here on this site) and I have produced countless other acts and performers throughout my region.
I love collaborating on songwriting. Some of my more accessible and popular tracks are ones where I worked with a collaborator.
Music is my life. I sacrificed a LOT to be able to do it on my own terms and be happy about it. There are easier ways to go, but I prefer the more challenging aspects of writing, recording and performing my music. I really like the phrase, "A calm and easy ocean will make a lousy sailor out of you." Don't know who said it, but I seem to live by it.

Writing, recording and performing for far too long to stop anytime soon.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Nearly every weekend, for the past 3 decades.
Your musical influences
Classic-Rock of all eras. Some country songs that are story-oriented with good hooks and lots of folk music from the 60's and 70's.
What equipment do you use?
Currently using a Taylor T5 through a Vox 80watt amp.
Anything else?
Life's music will play whether or not you are the one playing it. Might as well grab an instrument and join in.
