Los Ungidos
A short notice project that ended up being an incredible mixtape from start to finish. Many young people all up and down the East Coast, with some from California and Spain also, have trusted this project and have donated their songs in the effort of being heard in places they would otherwise not have reached. Los Ungidos: The Mixtape is an honest effort to put the underground Latino culture into the limelight, offering great songs in Reggaeton, Latin Hip-Hop, and Bachata. The result is a mixtape donning the appropriate name, as Los Ungidos means "The Annointed Ones."
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Created with the sole intention of distributing and promoting underground Latino Hip-Hop and Reggaeton talent still unheard.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
"Los Ungidos: The Tour" is coming soon. So far there will definitely be performances in Savannah, GA, Greenville, SC, Jacksonville, FL, and the DMV "DC, Maryland, Virginia"...more locations coming soon.
Your musical influences
Musical influences in the aspect of creating this mixtape would definitely come from people who thrive on mixtapes, for example Lil Wayne, the Gangsta Grillz series, Temperamento, Dj Sin-Cero, and all other rappers both American and Latino who make mixtapes respectable in the streets.
What equipment do you use?
We all use different equipment, I can't speak for everyone.
