Well there's three of us. I make sample based tunes on the PC and the others either mill about, suggest things or provide random vocals. That's about it.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started off with the idea to make some joke christmas presents for my mates, so I crafted an album showcasing fine examples of drum and bass badness. Or an album of random guff. Not sure which.
Anyway after the album I left it for a bit as I couldn't be arsed any more. But my pops decided to play the CD to people who seemed to like it, well they would say that I suppose.
So it got me back into things and we're working on a second album, slightly more serious but will still have the word 'chimp' in every song title if I can manage it.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Nope.
Your musical influences
Really old drum and bass tracks, when it was just Hardcore and none of this Jungle/D&B stuff. Grew up on Tubular Bells, David Bowie and the Beatles... hmm.
What equipment do you use?
My PC, the internet and our brains.
