LONESOME WIND
Lonesome Wind is a hot new bluegrass band with an old history. Newly formed in 2002, this group is rapidly becoming one of the "most wanted" acts around. The band is on the cutting edge, blending classic Kentucky and traditional Nashville sounds with a brisk Canadian flavour, making them versatile with a stand-alone presence.
Just released in May 2004, the new Lonesome Wind CD is hot off the presses and is receiving airplay on both sides of the border. The CD titled, Pam Brooks & Lonesome Wind, Waiting for the Wind, shows Pam's versatility as a singer, songwriter and guitarist. The CD is titled after the song that she wrote.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes, we love to perform at bluegrass festivals, shows, and live radio and TV. The best part is jamming in the back 40, around a campfire after the shows!
